TUT-60E: DELUXE ELECTRIC TURNSTILE

Deluxe electric turnstile designed for easy interfacing with card reader or other monitoring device. Can be one-way electric with free or locked exit or two-way independently electrically controlled for entry and exit. Heavy-duty, modular, self-centering mechanism ensures long-life and minimum maintenance. Includes reader interface and low voltage 24 VDC power Supply. Can be supplied fail-lock, fail-safe or any combination. Turnstiles are available in powder coated carbon steel with a stainless steel top cover (TUT-60EC) or complete stainless steel (TUT-60ES).

Features and Options

Free or Locked Exit Exit is always locked or always free rotating.
Indicator Lights Set of red and green lights to indicate if turnstile is locked (red) or unlocked (green). One set per electrically controlled direction.
Two-way Independent Controls for Entry and Exit Independent bi-directional electrical controls, one for entry and one for exit. (TUT-60ES2 or TUT-60EC2)
Counter Mechanical, electro-mechanical or battery operated counter to allow count of rotations for a particular direction.
Pulse Relay Allows one rotation per valid "go" signal regardless of the signal length.
Serial Port Interface Allows operation of turnstile with a serial port output instead of the standard momentary normally open dry contact.
Color of Choice Powder coat to color of choice with RAL color reference. (TUT-60EC)
Electronic Key Bypass Key to allow turnstile to be held open, overriding card reader.
Mechanical Key Bypass Key to allow fail-lock direction to be manually opened during power failure.
Arm Cover Heavy duty foam sleeves to cover steel arms.
Turnstile Cover Canvas cover to protect turnstile during periods of heavy rain or non-use.
Fail-lock or Fail-safe Status of turnstile when there is no power. Fail-lock direction is locked, fail-safe is free wheeling.
Remote Pushbutton Allows turnstile to be released from remote location for one rotation.
Time-out Relay Relay to automatically relock turnstile within a preset time if a person cards in and unlocks turnstile but does not go through.
Extended Arms Extended arm to add extra passage space.
Complete Stainless Steel Complete stainless steel construction. (TUT-60ES)
Rotation Detection Switch Provides a Form "C" contact closure for remote counting and monitoring of turnstile rotations.
Voltage Transformer to step down from 110 VAC or 220 VAC.
